G&W Bavarian Style Sausage Company Venison Processing

venison_pic_1Welcome, hunters, to a processing plant large enough to meet your needs, but small enough to give you the individual service you desire. Unlike many other plants, G&W processes your deer separately so your deer creates your product.

2010 DEER DROPOFF  Mon/Tues 8am-3pm    Wed-Fri 8am-4pm   Sat 8am-1pm

A minimum of 20 pounds is required for processing. By law, we must see your tag and have the tag number in order to process your deer.

Thirty percent pork or beef—your choice—is added to some products during processing; for example, ground venison or summer sausage.

Specialty items available from your deer include summer sausage (with or without cheese added), fresh bratwurst, and Landjager.

Prices start at:

Skinning $25     Cutting and Wrapping for Freezer $65    

50 cents per pound to process Ground Venison Only   Add pork or beef $2.00 per pound

Summer Sausage $3.50 per pound  Add Cheese $15 per 25 pound batch

Fresh Bratwurst $3.50 per pound

Landjager $4.00 per pound

Participation in the Share Your Harvest program is available through G&W Bavarian Style Sausage Company.
